Exceptional patient care relies on exceptional self care

As an organization, we are committed to creating a psychologically healthier workplace where staff feel supported and safe to speak openly about mental health issues.

As care providers, we often put others before ourselves.

And we know that at the heart of our exceptional patient- and family-centred care are our staff.

That’s why we are committed to implementing the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace using the 13 Factors of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace as a framework. The Staff Mental Health and Wellness Initiative strives to make impactful changes to our workplace that empower our people to be their best selves at work and at home.
